Vision Plan: Court Station

This proposal for redevelopment of a vacant site on Court Avenue focused on activating the urban streetscape while providing diverse public, semi-public and private outdoor space for gathering, dining, retail displays and special events.  Generous structured parking is wrapped with residential dwelling units while also providing an internal wall for projected art, films…  A new residential street provides additional flexibility of vehicular and pedestrian circulation while providing a public face to a historic train depot.  This project was done in collaboration with Slingshot Architecture.
