Vision Plan: Healthy Living Community

Dennis Reynolds provided urban design services for this 40 acre/400,000 sf healthy living community including the innovative integration of health care related residential and commercial uses as well as privately funded public access parks to promote healthy living choices.  He also introduced and worked with the Three-Sixty Group as the project’s real estate development consultant, focusing on the feasibility of both medical and retail related development.  Mr. Reynolds’ concepts included the creation of a town square with opportunities for diverse civic activities as well as pedestrian friendly streetscapes and pocket parks.  In addition “the oval” common space lawn and water feature provides a staging area for special events as a community outreach.
